Today is day 19 of my current streak!

Over the holidays, I was blessed to be on a private challenge team with a great group of Spark friends. We were there to support and encourage each other as we did our best to stay on track during the holiday season, and to make as much progress as possible by New Years day.

To be honest, I normally gain around 10 lbs every holiday season...yikes! But this year was different. I didn't LOSE any weight, but I didn't gain either, so I am very happy with that! Thank you to all my Spark friends on the challenge who helped me to stay motivated and on track!



The Healthy Holidays Challenge team was great fun, and such a success. So I've decided to do another challenge starting in February. This one will be a countdown to Spring. We will once again focus on making progress as we support each other!

This month, I've been doing the Coach Nicole 28 Day Boot Camp DVD, which is a great workout. Next month when the new challenge team starts, I'm going to do the Boot camp workout again, and some of my fellow challengers are going to join me. I'm really looking forward to that!



By the way, as of today (January 13) there are 65 days until Spring! Imagine how much progress you can make in that time! The time is going to pass anyway, so why not spend it by being your own hero? That means eating right and exercising...making healthy choices, one day at a time. (Because you're worth the effort, you know!)
