Day 21. This is a long one. You just spent three weeks reflecting on yourself and your journey to a healthy lifestyle. Write yourself a heartfelt, loving intention to help you reach your goal.
I finally arrived at day 21.....some months later
I will continue my weight loss, mostly for myself, because I want to be healthier and be able to move better. Hopefully I'll be able to take care of myself longer and be less of a burden on a caretaker. I am also doing this for my husband, to enjoy more of life with him.
I'm continuing to work on exercising, even though this is so much harder than just eating well. I am too tired and stop exercising for weeks, so I'm now trying to walk shorter periods of time more times a day. So far today two sessions of 8 minutes have gone well even if it was difficult. Strength training, stretching and other forms of aerobic exercise are in the plans but after I regain some physical fitness.
I am going to work hard for all of the above reasons, not worry too much if I have setbacks, because I know I am trying the best I can do.
