  Do you like the chia seeds. I have flax: don't know if should have both.

Also never saw the peanut butter substitute. Can one only get it by mail or the internet?

    I love PB2 and mix it with smoothies also. But chia seeds in the smoothie - not so much. I like them in pudding.

And instead of the banana maybe some kale and a handful of blueberries.

Thanks for posting. You reminded me that I have a can of chocolate "greens" to use in the back of my pantry!
