Since we've got all of our meals pre-planned, I was able to put them into my tracker already to see where and when I would be able to have snacks. Turns out, I've got about 300-400 calories to play with each day this week! (And that's before adding exercise!)

    Great job!! It is always nice when you realize you have a nice buffer for calories even before you factor in the exercise part.
