I have been a little down lately because I feel like with my thyroid out of whack and potentially my adrenals as well, that I am fighting a losing battle. But I am tired of being this weight, so I'm not going to put a lot of pressure on myself and I'm not going to stress. I'm just going to try to pay attention to what my body needs and wants and go from there. My body has been asking me lately to eat better, so I am going to do that. And track it. Since working out makes me tired, I'm not going to push myself - I'm going to do my best and that's all I can ask for. Today I'm going to do the recline bike and go from there. I CAN do this!!!
