Woke up and had breakfast again this morning, despite a big 400 calorie late dinner at 10 PM and a few nighttime snacks. I know I just need to get my body used to eating in the daytime even though I'm still eating at night. It will all even out.
Today will be full of both work and play: a fast 3 mile run, 15 minutes rowing, and 25 minutes lifting weights. I might run farther if I'm feeling good.

Wow, I've never been so hungry at this time of day. could be metabolism getting back on a more normal clock. If only I'd packed a lunch! I'll pick up a healthy snack with some protein at the campus market to hold myself over...
