So I went to the gym today for an hour and I just totaled up the number of calories burned and it surprised me because I've never burned 689 calories at once before lol. I did treadmill, arc trainer, stationary bike, and some weight lifting. I feel rather proud and accomplished!
I came home and made a 5oz baked skinless boneless chicken breast, 1/4 cup brown rice, and 1/4 cup of canned corn. For lunch I had 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple with 1/2 cup cottage cheese. I made everyone breakfast this morning with eggs, bacon, toast, and hashbrowns but I did good and had my green tea with pomegranate and a packet of blueberries and cream oatmeal. I had 2 small dark chocolate peanut butter balls and a few pieces of boneless chicken wings but I'm unsure of the calorie count as it wasn't listed. Before those two items my calories were only 530 for the day so I don't think I went over my total for the day which is 1600-1900 calories.
I went from 200.2 pounds to 199.6 pounds to 200.2 pounds to 199.2 pounds... my body sure does love to fluctuate lol.
