Get up on time to go to the gym in the morning
Monday- 45 minutes Arc Trainer
Tuesday- 15 minutes Arc Trainer and Weights/Abs
Wednesday- 45 minutes Arc Trainer- and a Walk outside during the day.
Thursday- 15 minutes Arc Trainer and Weights/Abs
Friday- 45 Minutes Arc Trainer
Saturday- 15 min Arc Trainer and Weights/Abs
Plan Meals and Snacks(mostly in the Zone)- is it easier the day before or that morning?
Read 1-3 Chapters of my book every day... A new book to the series comes out in a couple weeks :)
Go to bed on time- 10 pm... no later than 10:30 except Friday and Saturday(maybe)
Weigh 167 on the 17th or less.
