I just tried Chef Meg's flatbread recipe. If you eat wheat, check it out!! It's super easy...and tastes great! This was the first time I bought whole wheat flour! I grabbed a 5 pound bag of Hungarian High Altitude flour. Oops, what the heck did I buy? But I looked around. Apparently, the name relates to where it's grown, not where it's to be used.
I'm excited because I don't eat much bread. No more tossing out loaf after loaf. Plus, I know this is a good, clean substitute. I'm looking forward to trying it with some different seasonings.
