Sunday, January 12, 2014

SO? how did you do last week? You are going to tell me something you are proud of or something that went right! No regrets, no BUTS, none of that nonsense! This Tour does not stop for that!

Moving forward OK to next week, tell me ONE goal that you KNOW you can manage!

Mine is cooking Sunday through Thursday. I have my meals planned and am ready to take in the week. (Oh yea, I lost 2 pounds last week...woot!)

To be brutally honest, I didn't do anything right last week. However, I went shopping this weekend, made batches of food that are ready to be consumed this week, AND I'm joining the gym tonight! So I've got my ticket and I'm ready to ROCK AND ROLL with the best of them! Congrats on the 2 pounds Jan, that's great!

Oh, thanks for asking! After procrastinating for 9 months, I finally went to my local Rec Center for ST. (getting lots of cardio at home) I went to a gym elsewhere, but it just can't compare to this place. It was fantastic...such a great facility & environment! Motivating!

And I lost a pound this week --unheard for me in the last 5 years even with SP's help. I am one happy camper!

YOU lost 2 lbs. AMAZING! Do it while you're young...it just gets harder! Do it now and be glad forever and ever! emoticon

Even though my eating wasn't very good, I managed to not gain weight.

Goals that I should be able to meet fairly easily are getting my water in, and keeping my exercise streak going. That's two, does that make me an overachiever, or just a braggart?

    Have a good week!!

Too funny I was just posting what I am proud of on your Thursday blog :)

emoticon Planning to cook all week. emoticon
I am proud to plan to cook once. I just recently did freezer crock pot meals (received a link from a spark friend). Will be working from home tomorrow so I plan to throw one in the crock pot.

Let's see this week. Think through daily my goals for the week. This keeps me on track (or at least I hope so).

Despite lots of sad news this week, and a ridiculously over-booked (my fault) week, & all the normal tasks and responsibilities, I stayed in touch with friends (instead of holing up & feeling sorry for myself) and I stayed very active. Today began with a 2 hour, 7 mile, 16000 steps trail walk with my best friend and our dogs. It results in two sleepy, sweet, quiet dogs and in me being able to have a lazy rest-of-Sunday, with ZERO guilt! How are YOU, Miss Mama?
