Thank you, U.S. Postal Service, for delivering my new kitchen tool earlier than expected! I went right out and got a zucchini to make for dinner. The Bitoni Spiralizer (slightly heavier than the less expensive ones shown at Amazon) quickly and easily turned my zucchini into a bowl full of zucchini "pasta." I made a homemade marinara sauce from what I found in the pantry (canned tomatoes, garlic, a teensy bit of olive oil, oregano, and salt/pepper). Then I microwaved the "pasta" for about a minute to heat it and get it to the crisp/tender stage, not mushy. It was delicious and SO easy!
