Yesterday I listened to part one of video talk with Louise Hay and Mona Lisa Schultz, M.D., Ph.D. I learned to much from it that I want to listen to it all over again. Today I listened to part two of this free series, and I learned even more. These talks are based around the chakras, but discuss healing in a way I haven't heard before. This is going to help me so much on my healing journey.
There are at least 35 speakers in this series, including Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Christianne Northrup, Kris Carr, and both Nick and Jessica Ortner (EFT Tapping). Marianne Williamson, Gabrielle Bernstein, and quite a few other speakers are on the schedule.
As many know, Louise Hay is the queen of affirmations. While I had been learning more about mantras in Kundalini yoga, I now plan to add affirmations to my day once again. I had often heard that saying, I love and approve of myself exactly as I am right now" while lovingly gazing at myself in the mirror for several minutes each day (for 30 days) could completely change my life. This all comes from Louise Hay and her work.
Yesterday's chakra talk was on the first chakra (red) and today was about the second and third chakras. One thing that really jumped out at me was the discussion about weight gain and obesity.
For instance, imagine the affirmation:
"I am at peace with my own feelings. I am safe where I am. I create my own security and appreciate myself."
Dr. Mona Schultz, a medical intuitive with medical degrees, described her experience working with these issues.
While there is so much more to all of this, I found the discussions over the past two days to be fascinating and worthwhile, very helpful. Yesterday I especially benefited from the discussion of problems with the joints, muscles, arthritis, etc.
On my own weight loss journey, I have been doing Kundalini yoga from dvds and found it tremendously beneficial. I also journal, write, use EFT tapping, long walks, being out in nature, and many ways to help on the journey as I do juice fasting or juicing and plant-based vegan meals. I plan to add affirmations to my day and to keep checking out some of the talks that will help.
Also I definitely want to learn more about what I heard discussed in the past two days. This free seminar week really is helpful.

Also Dorothy Breininger is the decluttering expert I want to hear. I hope I spelled her name right. There is an interview with her at the home page.
