Did 100 minutes on treadmill this week! Kept up the January squat challenge! Feeling good! Did one day 50 minutes on treadmill and can't wait for the next! Signed up for a virtual 5K that I will do on the treadmill this week for my long run!
Watch out! Here comes the new me!
