The past 3 days have been a struggle for me in the evening and I did not follow my plan of staying active at night if I get bored. I learned that Thursday and Friday are my challenging days after work and find it hard to motivate myself to play Wii or go on a walk after work. I did, however make it to they gym every morning I planned to go! Day 14 - "morning effects evening". I planned my calorie intake allowed for each meal & snack and will not skip one or go over in the evening.
