Week 2 21 Day Sugar Detox

Still going strong:)

I had some sugar cravings this week. I am not sure what caused them. Could have been the stress of going back to school. Now I think I am back in a routine and hopefully will get through this coming week without any cravings.

Ran this am:)
168.40 miles for the year

    I find when I cut out sugar I can regulate my appetite better. Keep up the good work!
