Goodbye another 4.4 lbs! Yay! It feels good to be back on track and eating healthier. Eating the goodies during the holidays was fun, but I noticed I didn't feel as good in general. It's nice to have my energy back. :)
I have this amazing soup I've been making for weeks now that is one of my secret weapons for staying on point. It's a veggie soup that I posted the recipe for here in my blog. There's a ton of chopping involved, but it makes a nice big pot and often lasts an entire week. Well, this last week, I used my new food processor on it. I pulverized it! I look forward to giving it another try, only with using the shredding/slicing blade this time!
