All Official Like - My Goals for the Next 12 Weeks

Here are my goals for the next 12 weeks:

Relationships emoticon
1. Listen. Be engaged.
2. Limit Spark time to 2-3 hours a day (including planning and tracking).
3. Put phone away in the evenings.

Nutrition emoticon
1. Plan and track meals weekly.
2. Stay in macronutrient ranges.
3. Eat protein snack before leaving work.
4. Limit processed foods.

Fitness emoticon
1. Strength train 3x weekly (Sun, Tues, Fri).
2. 60 minutes of cardio 5-6 days/week.
3. 300 intentional fitness minutes per week.

    I know what you mean by limiting your Spark time. When I started the weight management program they asked us if we could take on a part-time job - if not than this wasn't the right time for them. You have daily exercise, extra cooking(especially if you've been eating takeout prior). Tracking, planning, classes, homework and support groups like Spark. I know it is like a part time job for me. I was pretty tired for awhile.

I'm glad your monitoring it though, you can put a lot of hours at the computer.
