A new week is starting in just under an hour for me here. I'm still up because I can't sleep. But it gives me a chance to clearly define my plan for this next week
My fitness classes start on Monday. They are Monday and Wednesday evenings. Zumba and Kettlebells both nights.
So the plan for this week is:
RUN: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
This week will focus on Week 1 of C25K training
Zumba & Kettlebells: Monday and Wednesday evenings. The plan is to just get to the fitness classes and do my best.
Food: Track every day. Eat at least 3 freggies every day
Water: at least 8 glasses a day
As a bonus, I want to eat 1200-1500 calories a day
So that's the plan for this week. I honestly think the fitness classes alone will be a lot. But I also don't want to let them overwhelm me and keep me from running for the next 6 weeks. So I'm planning to attack it all head on.
