If today was any other day I would have done great! I am in my calorie range and got a bit of exercise in! But instead it's Saturday and instead of staying in studying I'm going out for drinks and dancing with the bf. I put some drinks into my calorie counter so at least they're accounted for but I will still be over for the day.
I'm not sure how to handle days like today... We're meeting at a pub for some apps and drinks and then heading to a club for dancing and some drinks. I don't want to skip meals and starve myself in during the day to be able go out but I also want to be able to go out and have fun too.
How do you guys deal with these types of things?
