Day 6- Making myself get off the couch

It's hard to get up and exercise when it's cold outside, and my couch is so comfy, and I have a nice warm blanket and a cat to cuddle with.

But, I also want to feel good in the summer, when my friends want to do athletic things, when we go to the beach, and when I wear something other than a sweater and puffer vest! ;)

So, I have to find good ways to motivate myself to stay off the couch (at least until my workout is done)!

I am going to work on an excuses buster list that I can put somewhere in my house where it will motivate me to move every day.

And, I can look forward to cuddling on the couch with a clear conscience, after I do my workout!

    I always find it easier to get in a workout early morning. If you get that
"excuses buster list " done. I would like to read it. emoticon
