Week one down! I wasn't able to exercise every day because of my schedule, so I combined workouts. My favorite part about this program (so far) is that the workouts really fly by; it's only 25 minutes and I still sweat!
Monday: Run 60mins in the rain (Army PT, hooah!---freaking awesome at the end!)
T25 (Cardio)/ 25mins
Wednesday: Speed 1.0/ 25mins
Total Body Circuit/ 25mins (I SWEAT BIG TIME)
Saturday: Ab Intervals/ 25mins
Lower Focus/ 25mins (GREAT muscle-burner!)
I really like that I can feel the workout days later, but I'm still motivated to do the next video. The intensity is great and I don't feel like the presenters are talking down to you. In fact, they're motivating and you can tell that they're getting a workout, too. I wonder if they heat the room or they do a workout before they tape the video because they're sweating a lot, but what matters is that I'M getting a workout, right? ;)
EDIT** Sunday's Stretch workout was really nice, and I could feel the stretches working! Felt pretty darn good that night and getting up the next morning.
