2014 - New Day; New Time

Well, I'm back on it and proud. Hubby and I are striving to eat in a less gluten way without breads, pastas or wheat. We are doing good. Losing slowly and effortlessly. My desire is to lose 25 lbs to begin with. That's from the 208 I started with this time to 183. I want to lower my blood sugars to below 150 and work on getting healthy. Once I've accomplished, I will go for more.
Hubby was diagnosed as prediabetic so he wants to lose about 10 to 15 lbs, just enough to get out of the danger zone.
