I have not blogged for quite a long time. Have been busy with my new job and I think I have it sorted now! I am working on my schedule and how to make it work for me - there is a lot of flexibility and I keep changing things to see how it is going to work. The latest is that i had been coming home midweek but now I have decided to stay away Mon-Thur nights and come home early on Fridays. This week I planned all the meals and froze them for my family and I will be doing the same today. It was fun and my daughter helped last week. I have not been so good on taking and planning my food as it was my first week staying at a new place, but I will plan on taking my food this week. Though I will only be at the house to eat Mon and Tuesday evenings, I am coming home wed and going back Thursday evening. I have an appointment with a new doctor as mine had retired :( and that is on Thursday - the positive side of it is that I will be able to work out with my trainer while I am home that day!
I have signed up for the winter 5% weight loss challenge and am ready to start, I have even set alarms on my phone to make sure that I log in when I am supposed to!
