I ran across this article this morning from a friend who is having trouble keeping her blood sugar levels stabilized while in a big truck. I was pleasantly surprised to discover all the health benefits of okra.. Check this link out,,,
Hubby and I love fried okra and I did NOT know you can eat the okra leaves by cooking them or adding them to salads. Who knew? I'm going to try okra prepared other ways besides fried and start reaping the health benefits!
