Week 1 recap

So I did good about every other day. I did at work all week long. It was once I got out of work 2 nights I didn't eat with in my ranges. I did not drink enough water either. I am going to have to figure something out to ensure I am getting enough water.

However, I did lose 3 lbs. So that was encouraging!

I am in a bowling alley all week while Andy bowls. I am going to pack some healthy snacks and water bottles so I am not tempted by pop.
