Well, I watched the documentary Vegucated yesterday and it gave me the kick in the hindparts that I needed to recommit to being strictly vegan. I had been eating cheese and Greek yogurt daily and only recently did I add back the yogurt. For a week solid my face was broken out and I knew the cause of it but continued eating the yogurt. Anyway, I'm still not ever going to be the person who forbids any animal products in my house. I made that promise to my family because I do most of the cooking and if they still choose to eat animal products I am ok with it. I still cook it. We all make our own choices and I would never judge another for what they choose to consume. If you are so inclined, please watch Vegucated. I rented it on Apple Tv and it is also available on Netflix. It's worth watching just so you know where your food is coming from...knowledge is power.
