Taking a little blog break today~

I'll be back on the overnight so I'll blog about days 10 & 11 on 100 Days of Weight Loss and the next 4 Topics of The Writing Diet then!

I had a few issues today, don't really need to go into them here in detail but I am not sick but feel a little off kilter. I'll be alright though so no worries! Basically anywhere I have lived I am prone to getting certain conditions/issues and one reared its head today. It happens mainly in winter time because of the dry air. It makes me bleed is all I'll say about that, lol!

I was going to try and get in 30,000 steps but I'll finish out round 25,000 likely and over 10 miles~

Exercise (I'll fill in the final totals later!) As of now I already made all 4 goals~

    Hey there, hope you are feeling better soon - I hate conditions that pop up like that! Not fair! Take it easy - the break may do you good - I'm trying to spend less time on the computer these days. Today, you wouldn't believe I'm spring cleaning - washing doors, walls, windows, fans, light fittings! HA! Once I've started I can't stop. I've been at it for 3 days now, doing a bit each day. I'll slowely get through it. Heading off now to put some curtains in the wash!!! Hope you are lazing back catching up on a good book and a hot cup of ...... dare I say..... red tea.....???

    I ordered some gourmet food and invited my wife to a Super Bowl party on that day. However, we don't watch football, nor do we watch TV. I think we'll invite a friend over who is not a football fan. But we're celebrating the day just so we don't miss out. Odd, Huh? Glenn
