Time to vent

Hello everyone! Hope everyone had a great day! Today I had another day off so I didn't do much. Of course the weather is still gloomy here! So I just hung around the house most of the day. For my exercise today I decided to shovel snow, and let me tell ya that really is a work out! I was sweating within ten minutes! I wish it would just be nice out already because I would rather go on a nice relaxing walk than shovel snow!LOL

THINGS ON MY MIND TODAY:
1. I think I've done great on my eating this past week trying to really watch what I eat and cut out sweets but I had the biggest sweet tooth an hour ago I really wanted some cookie dough but I settled for the 100 calorie bag of fudge pretzels and brownie bites instead I know I probably should have made a better choice but I was going to go crazy if I didn't have something sweet & with chocolate in it!

2. With school starting again on Monday i've really been thinking hard about what I want to do with the rest of my life. I only have literally like 6 months before I will be a junior in college & I have no clue on what I want to do with my life! I think I know what I want to do but it seems like I always try to talk myself out of it. For the past 2 years I have wanted to move to Nashville go to Belmont University and major in music business(aka be a tour manager). I feel like if I don't give it a shot I will always be thinking "what if". I don't know if its the thought of moving away from my family and being on my own or just reality finally setting in that its time to grow up.

Here's what I ate today!
BREAKFAST:
-Breakfast essential drink

LUNCH:
-Apple with peanut butter

DINNER:
-Baked chicken with taco seasoning, salsa, and pepper jack cheese on it
-Corn
-Grapes

SNACK:
-100 calorie bag of fudge pretzels
-100 calorie bag of brownies bites

Question of the week!
What do you guys do when you get a sweet tooth that wont go away(what do you eat)?

    If you are going to workout DO NOT BE AFRAID TO EAT. Otherwise, you will constantly be hungry and trying to satisfy your cravings with 100 cal packs. I hope that does not come across the wrong way at all... I just know because I've been in your shoes...

    When I first started losing weight I didn't know where to begin and I cut my calories down to 1200 sometimes less :( and would often end up bingeing later because it wasn't something I could maintain. I noticed any time I would eat the 100 cal packs I would be more hungry and crave sugar. They never filled me up. Of course, there are going to be times you crave chocolate and those things and I think you did great having it in moderation. :) Those are the little things that will add up over time and make you successful!

    Just make sure you eat enough...ok?

    I usually snack on trail mix. It's high in calories (abt 170 cal for 1/4 cup) but you get nuts and fruit and chocolate. For me it's more satisfying than the 100 calorie packs.
