Thursday, January 9, 2014; Cardio 90 minute walk that included Progressive Body Weights Squats (PBW) 1 thru 9 (45 Reps) and Progressive Push-ups (PPU) 1 thru 9 (45 Reps).
Friday, January 10, 2014; Cardio 100 minute walk that included Progressive Body Weights Squats (PBW) 1 thru 10 (55 Reps) and Progressive Push-ups (PPU) 1 thru 10 (55 Reps). Was able to increase push-up reps to 55.
Warm-up PBW Squats 1 thru 7 (28 Reps) in addition to stretching. It was 54-degrees in the workshop today – FINALLY!
SSB Squat 2x5x66, 3x5x116, 3x5x136, 2x5x156 (50 Reps for 6,000 Lbs.) 156 handled nicely and on rising kept my form intact rising – did not push for another set. Being cautious with my adductors.
OP 2x5x55, 1x3x85, 2x5x85, 2x1x107 (19 Reps for 1,869 Lbs.). Finally back up to my PR.
Regimen of daily push-ups seems to be working in my favor. And of course the weather has warmed up.
DL 1x5x185, 1x5x225, 1x1x275 (11 Reps for 2,326 Lbs.). Finally back to my PR – No pain felt in my adductors or shoulders.
Total Volume for Friday 80 Reps for 10,195 pounds.
