Strength Training Ending Week 22 - Friday

Note: Strength training days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Isolation exercises are held as necessary on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.


Thursday, January 9, 2014; Cardio 90 minute walk that included Progressive Body Weights Squats (PBW) 1 thru 9 (45 Reps) and Progressive Push-ups (PPU) 1 thru 9 (45 Reps).


Friday, January 10, 2014; Cardio 100 minute walk that included Progressive Body Weights Squats (PBW) 1 thru 10 (55 Reps) and Progressive Push-ups (PPU) 1 thru 10 (55 Reps). Was able to increase push-up reps to 55. emoticon

Warm-up PBW Squats 1 thru 7 (28 Reps) in addition to stretching. It was 54-degrees in the workshop today FINALLY! emoticon


SSB Squat 2x5x66, 3x5x116, 3x5x136, 2x5x156 (50 Reps for 6,000 Lbs.) 156 handled nicely and on rising kept my form intact rising did not push for another set. Being cautious with my adductors. emoticon


OP 2x5x55, 1x3x85, 2x5x85, 2x1x107 (19 Reps for 1,869 Lbs.). Finally back up to my PR. emoticon Regimen of daily push-ups seems to be working in my favor. And of course the weather has warmed up.


DL 1x5x185, 1x5x225, 1x1x275 (11 Reps for 2,326 Lbs.). Finally back to my PR No pain felt in my adductors or shoulders. emoticon

Total Volume for Friday 80 Reps for 10,195 pounds. emoticon

Total Volume for Week 22; 392 Reps for 40,654 pounds; 20.3 Tons. Body Weight Reps: Squats 403 Push-ups 290 emoticon
