Choosing Right Dining Out...Killed IT!!!

My boss decided to take me to a nice restaurant as a late Christmas gift!
I did it and still stayed well within my allotted SP nutritional values for the day! I even came in under my sodium levels, which was a huge BONUS and something I have been very mindful of!
Salad Bar: 1 c. lettuce, 4 grape tomatoes, 3 cucumber slices, 3 beet slices, 1 TBS sunflower seeds, 2 TBS. Asian Ginger dressing.
DINNER: Grilled Cajun Salmon over fresh spinach and tomatoes with a Balsamic reduction and a side of rice pilaf.
When the entrée arrived, I immediately divided the rice and salmon portions in half and put them to one side of the plate (later boxed for another dinner). So I ultimately ate 1/2 c. of the pilaf and 4 oz. of the salmon.
I feel so amazing about my choices!! I CAN DO THIS!!!!
