New Challenge Sign Up for Total Fitness Group!

I am starting a new challenge for the ladies in the "Total Fitness: Mind, Body, and Soul" group. This group is for women who want to grow stronger physically and spiritually. We want to take care of our bodies as the Temple of God!

Here's the challenge:

1. Daily Bible reading
2. Track food (write it down, myfitnesspal, sparkpeople, etc~ whichever works for you!)
3. Exercise at least 4 days a week
4. Read 1 non-fiction book/month (leaders are readers, increase your knowledge!)
5. Write 1 blog on Sparkpeople each week
6. Come up with a GOAL that you are working on for yourself and do something weekly to work towards it (ex: going back to shcool, you could call for transcripts or an appointment to see the counselor, etc).

This challenge will go from Jan 20th to March 17th (8 weeks). I will post a weekly thread on Mondays, please comment under that thread and let us know how you are doing by Wednesday of that week to be eligible for the grand prize!

A prize will be awarded to one person who has checked in weekly! Invite your friends! Let's make 2014 our best year yet!
