It's been 5 days since I created some do-able goals for myself, including losing 10% of my weight, and limiting sugar to one day a week, exercising more, making the effort.
I am worth the effort it takes to make healthy choices.
I can say "no" to my selfishness, because that's what it is when I over eat, don't exercise, don't love my self enough to live life more fully, healthier.
It's selfish because I am robbing my health!
It's selfish because I am robbing my family-yes-robbing them of time with me,
walks with me, games, swims, activities, years, and some day little grand kids!
I am making the effort.
I am slowly changing.
My motivation board really helps me.
