Last year wasn't the best. I remained the same weight and I had a hard time getting back on track. My plan is to do better this year. I have decided it doesn't matter how long it takes, I have to be patient with myself and continue to work on me and not give up.
It really isn't surprising how easy it is to return to bad habits even after being faithful for two years to exercising and eating in moderation. I know because I have done just that this past year. I thank God that I did not gain the weight back that I took off. I try to refrain from saying the weight I lost because I have no intentions of finding it again!
I am not one that makes New Year Resolutions, but I will continue living a healthy lifestyle this year. It is a New Year, New Time, New Season and time for me to continue making a New me - with God's help of course! Wishing all a prosperous, healthy and blessed New Year!
