Today I woke up after sleeping in until 10am feeling sore from my workout at the gym last night. I increased my gym time to 1 full hour and man my body was screaming, begging, and pleading me to stop but my brain kicked it and told my body to pipe down. I managed to increase my speed on the treadmill to 4.0 and maxed out the incline for 18 minutes. I felt weak and tired but pushed on to the arc trainer for 12 minutes. After that I did 20 minutes on the weights and finished my workout with 10 minutes on the stationary bike. I left the gym hot and sweaty and feeling like crap but after sleeping in I am feeling better. I still can't believe I made it through that!
I am wide awake and enjoying my morning because I am finally in onederland! 199.6 pounds baby! Sure I am just barely in the 100's but hey I made it and that's all that matters. I have hit a huge milestone and have accomplished a lot. I have come so far and I still can't believe I'm 24 pounds away from my goal weight of 175!
