I was so proud of myself last night! About 2 hours after dinner I wanted to just binge so badly! So, I told myself I would eat a protein bar and leave it at that. Well, after that I was still hungry! It was about 8:30 and I decided the only way I was going to not eat was if I went to bed! So, I went to bed early and I crashed! Maybe my evening cravings are just a way of telling me to go to bed earlier! I woke up with the craving totally gone and not feeling bad about myself. I suppose I kind of took an easy way out by just going to sleep lol but it worked! I am constantly trying to find new ways to keep from binging, that is my biggest downfall. Now on to the challenge of weekend eating! Everyone have a great one!
