Good afternoon everyone! Yesterday was my rest day so I kind of forgot to blog, so I will be blogging two times today!
Yesterday I really didn't do much, I had the day of so I just got stuff ready for class to begin on Monday, did some laundry, and unfortunately had to pay some bills:(
Here's what I ate yesterday!
-Breakfast essential drink
-Apple with peanut butter
-Fresh green beans
-Over the rice and chicken I put a cream of mushroom roasted garlic sauce!
-My snack today was hot chocolate! I was craving it! The packet was only 90 calories so I thought it would be the same as a handful of almonds, I used water this time to cut back on the calories, but I usually use milk, only used a dash of milk to cool it down!
