Day 5 Juice Fast

I made it to day 5 of the juice fast and I was feeling pretty good until I decided to try yoga. Then I felt depleted and I tried pushing beet juice but it made me super nauseous :( But I am trucking along and sipping on some green juice now.

Tomorrow I will rest all day and hopefully regain all of my strength back!!!

    Hope there was a lot of protein in that juice! Exercise and fasting are pretty much mutually exclusive unless you're keto-adapted (like on a very low carb diet).

    Good luck. I only made it to Day 10 on juice. However, my daughter made it to Day #92. Then I tried Smoothies ... that was better but not what I wanted to do forever. Then I found SP Nutrition Tracker and now I am on Day #155 and it is going great.

    I don't think being on a juice fast is very healthy.. :-(
