Use it or lose it

I recently had minor surgery and was unable to workout for a few days. I was thrilled to get back working hard. It reminded me how important it is to be consistent and committed to exercise. If that wasn't enough I received a rather irritating visual reminder of the results of what not doing anything does to a person. Use it, or lose it, and most likely gain it, too. No thanks.
