Use it or lose it

I recently had minor surgery and was unable to workout for a few days. I was thrilled to get back working hard. It reminded me how important it is to be consistent and committed to exercise. If that wasn't enough I received a rather irritating visual reminder of the results of what not doing anything does to a person. Use it, or lose it, and most likely gain it, too. No thanks.

    It takes us months to achieve fitness level we want and days to loose it. I experienced myself good few years ago when we decided to take a break from running for a week during Xmas period due to snow. Ha ha, i was paying for it later. It took me and my running partner over a month to get back on track. It was hard.
