Week Two: Thursday Thirty Kiss Day.

Good workout today. It was Deep water aerobics class. I was huffing and puffing at time. I felt tired and didnít want to go to class but afterwards I felt good and relaxed and a guy friend wants to see me tonight so itís all very good for a long day.

Exercise of my choice.

Five things I'm grateful for:
1. Planning time. Much needed for my focus and great for my health.
2. My health. I have been hearing so much about this flu going around.
3. Brazil nuts. Nice easy snack.
4. The nice girl at Starbucks in Safeway. No, I didnít go in for a coffee, I asked for ice water in my Starbucks water cup. I was able to shop and drink ice water.
5. Friends supporting my healthy choices.

  Brazil nuts are my fav as well and emoticon in 2014! Sometimes (a lot of the time), we have to make choices and doing is better than talking about it! Aren't you glad you did?!?!? I am, too! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Love the cute strawberries! And I love deep water aerobics! Totally non-impact, but can really get your heart pumping and get you breathing heavily! A super cardio workout!

    i should get some good planning time the nect couple weeks. i just have to stay focused and not brain float on day dreamy or spend time whining about issues. Time to get proactive.
