Tired today, not worn out, but I need to rest. Tomorrow I plan to add some cardio after BURN CIRCUIT 3.

    I learned the hard way that rest days are important.

    Rest days are important too!

It's funny how when people are not active, they make a big deal about their "exercise days!"
When people are active, they feel BAD for their "rest" days... we should embrace our rest days! We need them to push through our "beast mode" days!
