X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? I would like to improve my nutrition by increasing produce and water intake, and preplanning/prepping meals. I would also like to lose 1 clothing size, and 10 inches, at least 2 inches at my waist. I would like to increase my endurance and be able to do increasingly harder exercise videos, workout without taking breaks.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? I have a tendency to dwell. I have to concentrate on using them to push me forward.
