I found a new app that will help me to keep a better log on my calories and protein count. My doctor always wants to see my journal. Today I found a couple of mistakes that I had made. This app even has a neat scanner that you scan bar codes with and it will tell you all the nutrition facts that you need. It's called "Lose It" there are a lot of other neat things but my main one was helping me with a more accurate counting of my calories and protein count. Check it out:

    I have lost it and I love it too, the journal prints nicely too.
