What made you proud this week?

Thursday, January 09, 2014

Hope you have all had a fantastic week so far! I want you to be thinking of your VIP access status and come up with at least ONE thing that made you proud of yourself this week. Don't worry! You have until SUNDAY to come up with something!

I, however, will jump the gun and mention that I planned my meals this week, stayed with my ranges every single day, even under stressed and chaotic circumstances and am feeling really good. My back is healing, I am starting to walk again and that makes my dog (and husband and ME!) happy!

So tell me what you are proud of this week!

So glad you are doing better.

Let's see... today was the deadline right? emoticon
I have not gone all tunnel vision this week. I cooked a bit (which I seldom do. I heat :)) I did not let work totally consume me. I helped my DH on the acreage today.

Hugs to you my friend!

First off, I am proud of YOU, Miss Jan! I am proud that I have averaged 16,000 steps per day, and I got to the gym for a strength training workout. I have been walking Buster Brown and the new puppy, on the trails, up to THREE times per day because tired dogs are easier dogs to deal with (& they are even more lovable when they are sweetly sleeping!)

Glad to hear your back is getting better! YAY for being able to walk!

I'm proud of myself for working out yesterday--was the first time I exercised in weeks! Woohoo! Felt great!! Now if only I could walk, too! LOL

I managed to ski a little, even though being sick made me very dizzy and unstable and weak. But I did it. I'm proud of that.

I'm proud of staying the course... even though today is my 6-year anniversary with SparkPeople... and sticking to a really demanding health regime (even though today it was the last thing upon which I wanted to focus) to get me past an 18-month plateau!

GO, Jan, GO!
