So most people make New Years Resolution "I wanna lose weight, Go on a diet, etc." Well this year I decided screw that!!! I do the same thing as a bunch of people kick butt the first week and then get bored and go back to my normal routine! Well not this time not me!!
So here are my goals for the coming year!(See that smart move there I said goal not resolution lol)
Be healthy (make healthier decisions)
Be a better mommy
Work on my marriage (This is an important one, me becoming healthier is slowly being a drain on our marriage, I think it's the lack of support)
Be a cleaner person!
Be a better person!
Well there you have it my goals for the year!! And I can count on 1 hand how many times I've worked out in the year 2014 and I know that's not great but I think to myself there are people out there that haven't worked out once this year so I'm ahead of them already!!! I'm not going to dive in head first and go straight hard core because then I'll give up, Like I said! I'm making my goal small workout everyday even if it's just for a few minutes!
The best part is I got Jillian Michael's Ab Killer for Christmas! SWEET!!! Only thing is I'm dying to get T25 and some weights!!! I've been using my 2 boys! 4 month old (18lbs) and 2 years old (29lbs)! Today I bench pressed each child and did reverse crunches with them on my legs! (oy vey!)
So with all that said I'm attending a friend's wedding July 27, 2014 that is 28 weeks away!! This girl is going to work hard to become much healthier by then!!! I'd like to aim high and say 50 pounds but that's really stretching it for me since I have trouble working out everyday!!! So I'll say 30 pounds that's a little under 5 pounds a month! Now no one knows how much I weigh besides me and my spark people account! But I will tell you (please don't tell my husband and friends I would just die!! It's just between you and me! Thanks :-p) I weigh approximately 241.6 pounds at least that's what it said the last time I weighed myself!(Which I'm going to try and and only do once a month) So maybe if I could get down to 200 that'd be pretty cool to!!!
