Better endurance and a new favorite snack...

So, yesterday I was able to play Just Dance 2014 on the Wii for an hour with some pretty intense songs included. That's a big difference from last week when I was wiped out after 5 songs! I was still more winded than I would have liked, but I was able to do it. I also realized something yesterday. I have always read that a handful of nuts will help get rid of a craving, but I never believed it because I thought that was impossible lol. Well, yesterday afternoon I felt like I was STARVING, and a co-worker had brought a large can of mixed nuts to share. So, I took a handful and had some water after I ate them. In five minutes, I felt fine and didn't even want any more!!! This is huge for me, usually a handful of anything that yummy will just make me crave more. So, I've decided to buy those small packages of cashews from now on to have when I am ravenous. I honestly feel like it saved me from going on a binge when I got home. Anyway, hope you all are having a good work week, and here in Missouri at least it's supposed to be a warmer weekend in the 50's!

    I do the same thing with nuts. Also, a tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter works (and is delicious)

It's supposed to be 50 here in CT on Saturday too! Hoping the rain won't be so bad so I can go for a hike. I miss being outside.

    Great job!!!! Dancing for fitness! LOVE it! I haven't done my Just Dance in a while. I go through phases. :-)

And yay for curbing your cravings!!! NOT EASY!!! Good for you! Always nice to find a new way to help you meet your goals!
