5 Sun Salute Bs
Down Dog/Plank Crossovers x 10 each side
(Start in down dog. Inhale leg to sky, exhale knee to opposite elbow as you come into plank. Inhale leg to sky, exhale knee to chest or nose, staying in down dog form. Inhale leg to sky, exhale knee to elbow, coming into plank.)
Down Dog Squats x 10
Dolphin to Forearm Plank x 10
Dolphin w/ Leg Lifts x 10 each side
Triceps pushups x 10
Up Dog Presses x 10
Lunge Pulses (high to low) x 10 each side
Side Angle to Reverse Warrior Flow x 10 each side
Bakasana x 10 x 2
Navasana w/ lift x 10
