When I was thinking about how to eat all the things that are on the plan I had to do a lot of searching. Thankfully, some of the recipes that I already use I'm able to eat on the plan as well. I keep all the recipes that I need on a pinterest board at http://www.pinterest.com/Amsip
ipes/. I'm finding them on SP, other Pinterest boards, myrecipes.com as well as just googling them as I know of the dish that I'm thinking of.
The one recipe that I'm very interested in cooking are the zucchini chips. They will make a great snack. Some recipes I have to modify or remove the things that aren't part of the plan, but I do try to find recipes that I don't have to do that.
I'm also breaking up the protein so that I have 3 oz. of meat for lunch and another 3 oz. for dinner. 3 oz. is an actual serving of meat so that works for me. I also don't like plain Greek yogurt so I'm just going to put it into my breakfast smoothie. The avocado dip does have Greek yogurt in it, but I don't think I'll be able to have the whole dip in one serving (nor do I think that is wise to try to do), but when I have that I'll just not have the whole 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt in my smoothie.
I love to plan out all the food I want to eat in a day. It makes it so much easier to stick to what I need to eat. It also makes it that much more successful for me. When I wing it, I go off plan.
I've recruited two friends to do it with me next week. The more the merrier :)
