So I've started a new routine and so far it's awesome! I've begun having a shake to replace my lunch...as I always had trouble eating lunch anyways. I have a grapefruit and cup of black coffee as my morning "wake up". Then its out the door for a brisk 2 mile walk with my dad. Breakfast follows...usually egg whites, jalapeno slices and turkey bacon :) Then I do my new workout called T-25. It's amazing and hard work and I love it. Then I have my shake. Sometimes it's an herbalife shake, sometimes it's a green smoothie. I change it up daily so not to get bored. Late afternoon finds me in the fridge, but all I see is an abundance of fruit to choose from :) No more crap or processed foods allowed in this house!! Dinner is usually baked chicken breast with a side of 2 veggies and brown rice and or quinoa. Evening snack typically doesn't happen as with my hubby's work schedule, dinner is at 6 and bedtime is at 8. 5 days into this routine and I can honestly feel the difference. I feel healthier. I feel more energetic. I feel alive.
