I think I'm startin' to pick it up!

This has to be the first time that I've met all my nutritional goals--I didn't go over any and I didn't go under any. Bravo, me. :)

In other news....I've fallen behind on my daily yoga and mediation routines, as I've been going to workshops these last two days. My back is most certainly not happy about this. Hopefully tomorrow I can start that up again, as I won't be at the Ag Trades Show all day, just for a few hours around midday.

Ah! And what a couple of lovely days it has been! I've had so much fun checking out the exhibiters, going to workshops, networking! Things seem to be falling into place, and it's exhilarating and I'm lovin' this process of learning and exploring and getting to know others that are interested in the same things I am. I'm also pretty worn out, though, and I should be getting to bed pretty soon.

I want to say something about the Sweet Tooth cravings up until around 8 this evening. I'd been at a workshop since 6 and hadn't eaten much before then, so I was pretty hungry. My mind briefly wandered to the possibility of going to the grocery store to visit my old pals at the Ben & Jerry's section. My body was definitely like, "No. I'm too damn tired for that crap." It helped that I had a few activities that I needed to do when I got home, which kept me occupied till the grocery store closed and I found a decent snack of plain oatmeal with banana and a couple of almonds.

Ah. Life is pretty good. I'm tired. Goodnight.

Congrats on being within range on all your nutritional goals. It's still hit or miss for me at times. Problem is that some days I do just fine, but don't want to have to repeat that menu every day just to stay on track. If it was just me it probably wouldn't matter, but DH would object to eating the same meal every night!
