Highs of the week-increased water intake and definitely ate better during work day. Have tried not to sit at desk all day.
Lows of the week-I cant stop eating bad at dinner time-pure laziness!
With all of the success stories I keep hearing of that aha moment. I am afraid my aha moments are gone! I have had so many moments, I think really does death have to literally knock at my daughter before I make a change.
Aha moment today dropped change while sitting and didn't loose a single penny all was caught by my belly!
My spirit needs an aha moment. I would love to hear of anyone else actual aha moment!! Do I still have time.
